From Hondo to Branson, MO ~ Part 2
Am wondering if you can only put so many pictures in one blog post. So here is to trying to get the rest of the photos for now ~ think I figured out the problem, can only upload 10 at a time :) sorry if there are any duplicates ~ tried to find any. Hope you enjoy these.
Would ask that you keep us in your prayers as we head out tomorrow
morning. We will be going north, skirting Dallas/Fort Worth and into
Oklahoma. Don't know how long of a day we will put in on the road ~ it
all depends on how many miles our butts can take in the chairs, the
weather, the roads and life. Our first target is McAllister, OK. Will
see if we get past there or not. Stay tuned for the next update in this
journey we call life. Since we don't know where we will land tomorrow
night IF you need to reach us, give a shout out on the cell and we will
call you when we can.

Congratulations on the new job! Stay safe as you travel to Branson.
You guy will love Branson, it is the most veteran friendly town in the world, We spent veterans week which is the first week of Nov down there. I met some guys from my old helicopter squadron I hadn't seen in 40 years, one of whom actually was part of the crew of the same helicopter. Plenty of free shows and veterans discounts on meals.Every show has a tribute to veterans where you are asked to stand and be recognized, people stop you on the street to shake your hand and thank you for your service. Just a great town. It is almost 4 hours from our place down there but worth the drive. I am sure we will see you some time this summer. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna...
Have a safe trip..
Sure hope you didn't get into the fierce weather we are having here in OK. Last night had to pull in slides and hunker down. Expect to be worse tonight. Trusting you made it though unscathed.
